Tobron’s Contract Maintenance Program is tailored to your exact facility service needs. We are able to work in tandem with an established in-house facility group or to provide a support team / menu of services that you can call upon for regularly scheduled visits.
When a
maintenance visit is conducted Tobron’s
service technician will:

• Inspect furniture looking for problems in the making
• Determine
if any issues should be addressed by
manufacturer warranty
• Order necessary parts immediately
• Inspect all of the working furniture components
• Realign workstations
• Look
to make sure the furniture is functioning efficiently for the individual
employee and for the department
Program
Plus
Program Plus addresses the need for furniture refinishing, the
removal of minor scratches, blemishes, stains, bleached areas, and water
rings. Surfaces can be resurfaced to eliminate any burns or penetrations.
Worksurface edges can be rebuilt if damaged and surfaces can be filled to remove gouges.
Steam cleaning of seating and the Ethospace tiles and components can be provided, or you may choose to reupholster any soft seating.
Electrostatic coating is available on or off premise, to repair or refinish existing steel files, desks, workstation pedestals, storage towers, or seating bases and frames.
